Hi! I'm Chelsea, founder of Kasvu Wellness and a dedicated board-certified nurse practitioner. I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years. I have been able to channel my passion for helping others and knowledge of how to provide that help into a service of health and wellness coaching. I know how much people can struggle with meeting their goals, and I hope to provide a useful structure and framework to allow my clients to move towards making effective and realistic changes that will improve their quality of life.
